When I got assigned to design this website, I was told that I have full control on the entire process, meaning I got to choose the template, the pictures I wanted, the color, and so on. Despite its the location of its original store was kind of dark, I want to make the website as bright as possible, to give the customers a fresh impression. Therefore, I chose the white wooden background and a slightly light wooden color as the main tone for this website. I wrote the introduction on home page and about page, and also insert a career page for people who are interested in working at this business chain.
One of the difficulties that I faced was this business was actually away from me, therefore I didn't have the control on the photos that are taken. I had to obtain the pictures from the owner. But I tried in many ways and finally found a way to beautifully put them in the website. It was an opportunity for me to learn from the communication with the owner on how I wanted to present the website.
