⇧ A hot pot restaurant gets its most sales in the winter. Once the temperature rises, the sales will go down significantly. I was assigned to come up with a plan to boost the sales. 
One of the strategies I think of is having potential customers who already come to eat to pay more when they walk out of the store. In order to accomplish this, I have two options. One is to give out cash discount coupons, but it doesn't give a good image on our brand since dropping the cost of meal often means dropping quality for customers. Another one is having a drinks buy one get one free promotion. Since the cost of drinks is low and the profits are high (it is just like Starbucks), there wouldn't be additional cost to give out his promotion. By doing this, customers who isn't intended to buy drinks might end up with getting a drink. This actually helps the sales by 8 to 12 percent. 
We have been continuing this promotion every summer two years in a row already. Every year that we are going to bring out this promotion, I will design a new poster for that.
